SUSSI LODGE & CHUMA HOUSE
Sussi Lodge & Chuma House are named after David Livingstone’s faithful friends and consists of an exclusive, upmarket lodge and a spacious two bedroom villa. Both of which take full advantage of their enchanting river bank setting.

ZAMBEZI SUN
This 212 bedroom Resort Hotel is situated on the banks of The Zambezi with views towards the Falls The two-storey en-suite rooms have private balconies that welcome either the morning sun or the evening sunset. Outside, the earth colours are soothing and soft. Inside, the airy rooms are alive with ethnic reds, blues and oranges. Amenities in the rooms include independent air-conditioning, satellite TV, fold-out couches, safe and telephone. The central reception area houses a family-friendly , high quality buffet restaurant , a pool bar and a lively alfresco grill and entertainment area.

ROYAL LIVINGSTONE

MATETSI WATER LODGE
Each camp at Matetsi Water Lodge comprises six private suites with vast teak doors that swing open to plunge pools and decks with magnificent river views. The layout of each camp ensures privacy and intimacy in an idyllic setting. Open sided, thatched guest areas consist of an elegant dining and sitting area with large fireplace. Delicious Pan-African cuisine is served on the intimate riverside dining decks or even in the middle of the bush.

ELEPHANT HILLS HOTEL
Accommodations at the Elephant Hills Hotel in Victoria Falls consists of 276 elegantly ethnic furnished spacious bedrooms overlooking the golf course and the Zambezi River, equipped with balcony, private bathroom, individually controlled heating and air-conditioning units, overhead fan, and many other amenities.

VICTORIA FALLS SAFARI LODGE
Luxury wood and thatch accommodations near Victoria Falls, 4 minutes to and from the village by courtesy bus, overlooking a waterhole in the Zambezi National Park. Facilities include air-conditioned bedrooms, the Buffalo Bar, Restaurant, game viewing, swimming pool and pooldeck. Accommodations at the Victoria Falls Safari Lodge consists of air-conditioned spacious bedrooms, constructedout of wood and thatch with a modern bathroom with tub and shower and balcony overlooking the African bush, habitat of many birds and animals.

ILALA LODGE
Located within walking distance to the falls, town centre and attractions, featuring single and double air-conditioned rooms with en-suite bathroom, swimming pool, children's playground, tennis courts, and an a-la-carte restaurant.

VICTORIA FALLS HOTEL
The gracious Edwardian style Victoria Falls Hotel, originally built in 1904, overlooking the Victoria Falls Bridge and set in acres of private gardens, was, and still is, visited by members of Royal families, Heads of State, celebrities, authors and poets where everyone is assured of total privacy. The Victoria Falls Hotel has air-conditioned rooms, family rooms and suites with tv, radio, telephone and mini safe, swimming pool, sauna, tennis courts and walking trails, conference facilities and rooms and facilities for the disabled.

SUSSI LODGE
Guest accommodation consists of 10 luxury tree-houses, built into the living canopy of giant ebony trees lining the bank. Each unit has a private view of the Zambezi from its own deck among the branches. The main lodge building features a spectacular raised bar/lounge deck, open air dining area, swimming pool and lawns sweeping down to the water’s edge. Resident wildlife, such as hippopotamus and elephant, is likely to wander through the Lodge grounds at any time, since in the National Park they have priority. A wide choice of activities adds to the attractions of this elegant, secluded retreat.

CHUMA HOUSE
Chuma House is an exclusive self contained villa located downstream from Sussi Lodge on the banks of the Zambezi Lodge, 9km upstream of the Victoria Falls. This exclusive villa offers 2 bedrooms en suite, one double room with a bath and outdoor shower and one twin room with a bath and in-door shower, a spacious lounge and dining room area, kitchenette, outdoor verandah, barbeque area and private swimming pool. The second bedroom will be convertible into a private office area with telephone and computer modem link. Additional facilities include Satellite TV and a fully stocked bar. Guests will have their own private chef to cook all meals, butler service and a private Guide, vehicle and boat for all activities.
